We'd like to take the opportunity to thank Councillor Alex Butler for his time as a Town Councillor for Dunstable East Ward, who will be stepping down due to health reasons.
During his time as councillor, he has worked with the police to make the neighbourhood safer, contributed to the Labour Group's policy development and advanced the needs of the refugees in the Old Palace Lodge. He has also supported the work around the old ambulance station to ensure the building is safe as it is mothballed for development, and aided local residents with various housing and road issues.
