Cllr Chloe Alderman believes in giving back to the community, and pledged to donate 20% of her CBC income to local charities and causes that benefit the community of Houghton Regis East.
For the month of September she chose to donate dictionaries and thesauruses to Thornhill Primary School to aid in their teaching of English! She attended the school on 12th January and was greeted by two members of the school parliament who gave her a tour of the school and told her about some of the work they had been doing!
