Chloe's Pledge 4 - Be Active and Present

Over the next few days we will hear all about Chloe’s five pledges. As your CBC councillor, Chloe is passionate about being a voice for you, and if elected to HRTC will use her positions on both councils to make sure that resident’s wishes do not go ignored.

Chloe’s pledges to all Parkside residents will be acted on when elected. Pledge 4 - To be active in the community and present at meetings - ensuring I am doing the job you elect me to do.

“Your voice means nothing if your councillor isn't turning up to represent you.”

You elected us to represent you - that involves turning up. More than that, it means actively participating. An absent councillor can’t be a voice for the residents of Parkside, and one who sits silently while others make decisions is just as bad. Unlike some sitting councillors, Chloe promises to show up and be an active part of the discussions that affect you. Her job is to be your voice and she will make sure everyone hears it!

It makes sense: Vote Labour on Thursday 21st March.
